Hyatt Place to open in revitalized downtown Phoenix

The new Hyatt Place Phoenix/Downtown, owned and operated by Pacific Hospitality Group and built in partnership with Mortenson, will begin welcoming guests from September 2021.

The new, eight-story, 238-room property will accommodate business and leisure travelers in a modern space that includes a full-service restaurant, 24-hour dining and a fitness center.

Making his mark in Phoenix

Scheduled to open in September 2021, Hyatt Place Phoenix/Downtown is owned and operated by Pacific Hospitality Group, headquartered in Irvine, California. It is created in the heart of Arizona’s largest city in partnership with Mortenson, a Minneapolis-based real estate and development company.

A welcome addition to the Arizona hotel scene

This exciting property will house 238 spacious rooms, including seven suites, all of which have separate sleeping, working and playing areas, and amenities including a Cozy Corner sofa bed.

Travelers can make the most of a breakfast bar, serving hot items, fresh fruit, steel-cut oats, and Greek yogurt, among other breakfast options. The market will then offer freshly prepared takeout as well as specialty coffee, while Adams Table Patio & Bar promises to combine a chic desert vibe with Southwestern and art deco elements.

In addition to this, amenities throughout the hotel will include a fitness center with cardio equipment, a program of necessities for forgotten items and free wifi. Events will take place in a flexible 6,348 square foot space, as well as the 3,113 square foot Revival Ballroom.
