Rezoning of downtown property sought | Development

The owners of a Railyard District property bordering the Cumberland River near the city center are asking for the property to be rezoned in a bid to allow for a large-scale mixed-use development.

An LLC affiliated with Brentwood-based private equity firm Nashville Capital Group owns the three-lot, 9.4-acre site, which sits near Metro’s proposed Wharf Park and offers a primary address of 407 Driftwood Street
