A SUSPECTED MAN IS NOW IN PRISON AT RISK OF SEVERAL CHARGES AFTER BREAKING A WINDOW IN DOWNTOWN SIOUX SUNDAY NIGHT.

SIOUX CITY POLICE SAY RYAN REDLER, 37, HAMMERED AND BROKEN GLASS AT PRIME ASSISTED ALIVE AT 725 PEARL STREET.

AGENT ANDREW DUTLER SAYS FROM THERE, REDLER WENT TO THE FEDERAL COURTHOUSE WHERE HE BROKEN WINDOWS AT THE ENTRY DOORS OF BOTH STATES OF THE BUILDING, THEN WENT TO THE POLICE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING AND FIRES IN THE CITY OF SIOUX:

REDLER WAS ADVISED AND FIRST IN HOSPITAL WITH HAND AND ARM INJURIES.

HE FACED SEVERAL ACCUSATIONS RELATED TO THE DAMAGE:

REDLER IS ALSO CHARGED WITH A 5TH DEGREE CRIMINAL EVIL ACCOUNT.

HE IS HELD WITH A GUARANTEE OF $ 20,050 IN WOODBURY COUNTY JAIL.

SUSPICIOUS MAN IS HOSPITALIZED IN FRONT OF SEVERAL CHARGES AFTER BREAKING A WINDOW IN DOWNTOWN SIOUX SUNDAY NIGHT.

SIOUX CITY POLICE SAID THE MAN, WHO WAS ARMED WITH A HAMMER, BROKEN WINDOWS AT PRIME HELP LIVING AT 725 PEARL STREET.

THERE, THE SUSPECT WENT TO THE FEDERAL COURTHOUSE, WHERE HE BROKEN WINDOWS AT THE ENTRY DOORS OF THE TWO STATES OF THE BUILDING, THEN BROKEN A WINDOW ON AN ENTRY DOOR OF THE POLICE BUILDING OF THE CITY OF SIOUX AND FIRES.

THE MAN WAS CAUTIONED AND HOSPITALIZED FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF BREAKING GLASS DAMAGING THE PROPERTIES.

HE FACED SEVERAL ACCUSATIONS RELATING TO THE DAMAGE.
