Open for lunch and dinner, some standouts on Terra’s menu include cilantro-dusted Chilean sea bass, served with arugula, avocado cream, tempura jalapenos and sweet corn pico de gallo; and Terra’s Hot Stone, with cilantro shallot salad, pickled ginger, serrano ponzu and a choice of Wagyu beef or Pacific ahi tuna.

Unlike its ground-level counterpart, the Skysill Rooftop Lounge overlooks the city on the hotel’s 18th floor, making it the tallest open-air rooftop bar in town. During the day, the chic venue offers a trendy and relaxing getaway with its rooftop pool, hot tub, daybeds and cabanas, and large video screen overlooking the expansive Phoenix metro area.
